Welcome to Lili. We supply products listed on “www.thelilicollection.com” under the following Terms and Conditions. This user agreement (“Terms and Conditions” or “T&C” or “Terms” or “Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “Buyer” or “Customer” or “Registered User”) and Lili (“Lili” or “Company” or “us” or “We” or “www.thelilicollection.com”). Please read these Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy carefully before using our website, or ordering from us.  When placing an order through the website, you will be asked to confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety. 

The Terms and Conditions apply to your use of any part of the website and to any products you purchase from us; regardless of how you access the website, including any technologies or devices where our website is available to you. Lili reserves the sole right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions every time you purchase products from us or use our Website.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The products descriptions on our website attempt to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Lili is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us within 24 hours of receipt and Lili will provide a solution as per its discretion.

DELIVERY

We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! Lili is taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 5-7 business days. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 3,000. 

In case you need to edit your shipping address, please contact us via email or through the contact form. This must be done before your order has been dispatched. For any other questions about the status of your order, you can reach out to us via email.

 REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our website depicts our products clearly and in detail.

- Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for refund, only exchanges in terms of store credit.

- If you would like to return a product, we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery otherwise it shall not qualify for return.

- To exchange an order, you need to contact us via email or the contact form on the site.

- Each order is eligible for return only once.

- A flat fee of Rs. 200 is applicable for all returns and store credit will be given after deducting this cost.

- Tags must be intact with barcode sticker.

- We can only initiate a refund after receiving the product and checking for any damages and defects.

- The damage of any goods must be communicated within 24 hours of its receipt.

- Products bought on sale are not eligible for return.

- If an order placed using a discount code is returned, the new order will not be eligible for the same discount.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

No changes can be made to an order once it has been placed. In case the order has not been dispatched, you may cancel the order. 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING FEE

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Lili for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.

PAYMENT 

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. By completing payment details you confirm that the method being used to make payment belongs to you, or is in your name where an agreement is entered into with any credit or third-party provider.

We do not store your payment information, however third party providers used by us may be using encrypted secure payment mechanisms that could store your data. Please see individual payment providers websites for further information on how they hold your personal information collected at payment.

All payments made against the purchases /services on www.shoplilicollection.com by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Lili.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
